Services and Benefits

Assured Safety will provide the following Scope of Services, but not limited to:

Serve as Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Consultant for Client projects monitoring and reporting compliance.
Mock regulatory auditing/inspections as well as Client/Owner requirements and any other applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide occupational safety and health consulting as assigned by Client.
Develop/Implement site-specific safety & health programs specified by Client or governing agencies applicable to operations.
Travel to assigned areas of responsibility & conduct all EH&S functions in accordance with Client policies & procedures.
Observe Client work practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and other site-specific requirements.
Perform investigations & document all incidents in accordance with Client policies & local, state, & federal regulations.
Prepare all safety and health documentation pertaining to the assigned project.
Facilitate Safety Committee and/or Weekly Tailgate Meetings.
Conduct Monthly Field Inspections/Evaluations.
Conduct most Employee Training Compliance Sessions.
Complete required health and safety and environmental reporting, documentation and record keeping as required.
Provide emergency and telephone assistance.
Prepare compliance permits.
Develop and implement employee Incentive/Recognition & Disciplinary programs.
Provide assistance with site specific safety, health & environmental policies and procedures.
Develop and implement jobsite supervisor accountability programs as required.
Develop and implement pre-qualifications of sub-contractors.
